In case of copyright infringement we ALWAYS take legal action

All our wollyonline patterns and designs are officially registered with the Copyright Office in Washington under number VA1-177-828 and are protected by copyright law. It is illegal for anyone to violate copyright law.

This means that:
It is illegal to distribute copies and/or publicly display the wollyonline patterns, images or graphics.

Therefore photocopying, mass producing, catalog sales and all other forms of reproduction are strictly prohibited. Reselling on eBay is Prohibited!

It is illegal to reproduce materials or to prepare derivative works based upon the original materials. You are not allowed to change the original wollyonline patterns, images or graphics at all.

Some examples of copyright infringement:

When you adapt a Wollyonline pattern and call it your 'own design' you are in violation of our copyright.

When you put our patterns on an internet club and give people access to them, even without charging a fee, you are in violation of our copyright.

When you are a member of a club and volunteer to mail our patterns to other members you are in violation of our copyright.

When you give our patterns for free in your shop when customers buy fabrics or wool you are in violation of our copyright.
