How do I download my patterns?

After you have paid with Paypal, we send you a confiirmation email. In the email you will see a bright blue download link. When you click the link in your email, you will be redirected to the download section of the website.

• On the website download page you will see Download
• When you click download, a box will ask you if you would like to save the file.
• Click, YES to the saving of the file. I always like to save to the desktop because I can find my documents easier that way.
• Go to your desktop, or other place where you saved the file.
• Find and double click the pattern name and your pattern will open.

How long does it take before I can download my patterns?

The order confirmation email with the download link, is generated immediately when you pay, so as soon as the confirmation email arrives, you can start.

How often can I download my patterns?

The download link in the email is valid for 3 days after purchase. During that time there is no limit to the amount of downloads. After 3 days the link will no longer work and you can no longer download the patterns. This is why you always need to save the patterns to your computer.

What program do I need to be able to use the doll patterns?

All Wollyonline pattern files are .pdf files so you will need adobe reader to open the patterns. Adobe reader is a free program and you can download Adobe Reader here: Download Adobe Reader If you would to try, you can download this free pattern and have a look: A Day Out

What happens if I cannot download my doll patterns (on time)?

Sometimes things don't go as planned, oh dear. If you run into trouble, I will of course help where I can. I cannot help with personal computer problems but once you have paid, I will see to it that you receive your patterns.
